NITECORE DPE1 – The Drone Power Expander is Newly Released

Specially designed for DJI Inspire 2, the Drone Power Expander DPE1 is newly released to carry batteries twice as the conventional way of flying a drone and compatible with TB50 and TB55 batteries. It aims to become an innovative power solution to maximize its flying runtime and enrich its flying experience.

The DPE1 has a strong load capacity to amazingly prolong the flight and filming while available with 2 x TB55 large capacity batteries / 4 x TB50 batteries / 2 x TB55 + 2 x TB50 batteries at the same time.

The integrated circuit of the DPE1 enables the Power Button of Inspire 2 to control the powering on and off of up to 4 batteries. After the DPE1 is mounted to the aircraft, the perfect compatibility with the Power Management System enables the Flight Controller to automatically calculate the accurate flying runtime while the GPS, the Downward Vision System, the Upward Infrared Sensor and the Obstacle Avoidance Function will remain perfectly unaffected.

An advanced power cycling solution is designed to maximize the lifespan of the batteries. When 4 batteries are used at the same time, each of them will discharge a current half of its conventional way as to increase their lifespan.

Moreover, after being meticulously tested and fine-tuned, the DPE1 will guarantee the center of gravity ideally stabilized with 4 batteries as its conventional way with only 2 batteries. It is constructed with CNC machined light aluminum alloy with a total weight of only 203g (7.16oz) and compatible with the carrying case of Inspire 2 without being dismounted from the aircraft.
