NITECORE SUMMIT 20000 Low Temperature Resistant Carbon Fiber Power Bank Is Out Now
March 30th 2023
The NITECORE SUMMIT 20000 is a low temperature resistant power bank, specially designed for low temperature environments. It can provide continuous use at -40°C (-40°F) and stable output in low temperature environments, making the impossible possible.
Equipped with the PI heating system, the SUMMIT 20000 has high efficiency and high speed heating performance to ensure that the battery can work at an appropriate temperature for reducing the loss of power. Besides, the available capacity of the SUMMIT 20000 at -20°C (-4°F) is approx. 70% while the conventional power bank is not available or has 10% available capacity only at this temperature.
The SUMMIT 20000 will activate Low Temperature Heating Mode automatically when its temperature is below 0°C / 32℉ and there is input or output, due to the integrated intelligent temperature detection modules. In addition, the preheating function will be activated when connected to an external power source in low temperature environments. The SUMMIT 20000 will always be in heating status during preheating with no power consumption to maintain an appropriate temperature so that it can be used directly.
With the upgraded large capacity of 20,000mAh, the SUMMIT 20000 features USB-C and USB-A ports to produce a max output of 20W and a max input of 18W, available with QC and PD charging ways. It is equipped with multiple protection safeguards, including overcurrent protection, short-circuit protection and over-discharge protection, ideal for charging smartphones, headlamps, earphones and more.
The SUMMIT 20000 is made from a unibody carbon fiber shell without splicing to achieve optimal protection to deal with complex outdoor activities. With an overall weight of 303g / 10.69 oz, it is 1.5m impact resistant and IPX5 rated, fearless of accidental drops while the rain and splashes.
